Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative work in the quality department, which includes heavy data entry.

Position Requirements/Tasks
- Maintain all Quality Assurance documents in the Quality Management system.
- Responsible for various QA functions, including but not limited to the Quality Management system and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule all document control reviews and audits utilizing the Quality Management system.
- Lead the creation of standardized forms, work instructions, SOPs, POPs, and policies.
- Ensure all documentation aligns directly with the Internal Quality Assurance Manual and ISO 9000 and 9001.
- Assist in Corrective/Preventative Action, Non-Conformance and Return Material Authorization procedures.
- Maintain, plan, and schedule all on-going certifications, educational workshops, and various compliance-related documentation in correspondence with the Safety Manager and QA Manager.
- Provide technical assistance to production and quality staff on QA/QC issues.
- Prepare reports through collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; make recommendations for corrections and/or improvements.
- Complete reviews of Product Technical Files to ensure required testing data, and that documentation is in place and readily accessible.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with meeting minutes, spreadsheets, document organization, and electronic filing.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft suite and Adobe PDF.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills, interpersonal skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good multi-tasking skills.
