ISO 9000 Standards

Multilink’s product creation system is based on ISO 9000 international quality assurance standards. ISO 9000 focuses on seven quality management principles: customer focus, relationship management, evidence-based decision making, improvement, process approach, engagement of people, and leadership.

But our high standards extend beyond that, and custom-tailored products are one of the ways we follow through on that promise. Meeting the demands of fiber optics standards, our fiber department provides various tests such as insertion loss and return loss on each fiber pigtail prior to shipping. Detailed results are printed and provided with every order.
